Video Visits

Video visits are offered through MyChart. You will need an active MyChart account and an internet connection to do a video visit.

How to Get Started with a Video Visit

Getting connected is easy.

  1. Schedule a video visit appointment with your provider. You will need a MyChart account.
  2. A few days prior to your appointment, log in to MyChart and complete your eCheck-in.
  3. On the day of your appointment, open MyChart on your desktop or mobile device using Safari or Chrome. Or open the MyChart mobile app on your tablet or smartphone. Set your device to allow pop-ups. Test your speakers, microphone, and camera using the green Test Device button located on your Visits page.
  4. Wait until 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, then log in to MyChart. Go to Appointment > Begin Video Visit > Join VidyoConnect.

You can now test your speakers, microphone, and camera any time before your next video visit. When logged in to your MyChart account, navigate to the MyChart menu > Video Visits > Test Device
