Primary Care

In addition to supporting your health through preventative care, your local family medicine, internal medicine or pediatrics can help you when you are not feeling well. Colds, flu, COVID, sinus pain, sprains, rashes, minor burns, sore throat, ear pain, fevers over 101.5, and other non-emergency illnesses and injuries can be cared for in the clinic. For your convenience, we offer many same day appointments. To schedule an appointment, contact your clinic location directly or schedule online.

When you have an idea of what is wrong and you do not want to travel for care, consider CentraCare’s eClinic. eClinic treats a number of common illnesses including pink eye, sinus infections, colds, and more. Choose between an online interview or virtual visit, and get on with your day. eClinic is fast, convenient, and affordable.

Urgent Care

When you are not feeling well, but your local CentraCare Clinic is closed for the day, Urgent Care may be the right place for care. Colds, flu, COVID, sinus pain, sprains, rashes, minor burns, sore throat, ear pain, fevers over 101.5, and other non-emergency illnesses and injuries can be cared for at Urgent Care. Urgent Care is available nights and weekends and is the right place when your clinic is not available and you need care quickly.

Emergency Department

The Emergency Department is open 24/7 to care for life-threatening or serious injury and illness. Shortness of breath, chest pain, severe and sudden stomach pain, broken bone, severe burn or bleeding, crushing intense headache, open wounds, or sudden face or arm weakness are examples of serious injury or illness that should be evaluated in the Emergency Room. If you think you are having a heart attack, stroke, or other life-threatening injury, call 911.

Choosing the right place is an important first step to receiving the right care. When you have questions or need advice on where to go, call CentraCare Connect 24/7 at 320-200-3200 and get the care you need.

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

CentraCare and Carris Health care givers have been working around the clock for more than 20 months to care for you, your families and friends during COVID. We are committed to caring for every Minnesotan who needs us, and nothing will prevent us from doing so – even during these never-seen-before times.

The challenge of providing this level of care is that our hospital beds are often full. ERs in all of our hospitals are packed. And our clinical teams are exhausted. Early in the pandemic, our community stepped up in amazing ways to helps us. We ask that you again join us in fighting this pandemic together.

How can you help?

  • Please get your COVID vaccines and booster shots. They are proven safe and effective in reducing COVID illness, keeping people out of the hospital, and preventing death.
  • If your situation is not an emergency, please use other care options, including:
  • If this is a medical emergency, call 9-1-1, or visit the ER.

Together, we can do this. Thank you for your support.
