    What I Do
I lead my interactions with patients from the perspective of how I would want my family to be treated. Providing care from a place of utmost empathy and making an effort to understand a patient's specific concerns often leads to better outcomes. Many patients have told me that when speaking to me, they feel truly heard, and I take pride in being able to support patients towards improving their health and long-term well-being.

    Why I Love My Work
Sleep is a fundamental part of our lives, which many of us take for granted until it becomes a problem. Having proper, restorative sleep affects not only various medical conditions but also mood and overall well-being. Properly diagnosing and managing sleep disorders can lead to a noticeably higher quality of life and I am fortunate to help my patients with this important aspect of their lives.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring new places, hiking, paddle boarding, and trying new restaurants. I also enjoy creating artwork with pastels and watercolors.
