CentraCare Foundation Makes Holly Ball 2020 a Free Virtual Event

Published in Media Releases Author: CentraCare

CentraCare Foundation announces that their annual gala fundraiser, Holly Ball will be held virtually this year. Holly Ball 2020 will take place on Saturday, December 5. It will be a free virtual event allowing CentraCare Foundation supporters and the public to unite for a common cause.

Holly Ball benefits CentraCare Hospice and Coborn Cancer Center’s Greatest Needs Funds. This year, Holly Ball proudly adds a third beneficiary – funds raised will also support local victims of childhood abuse and their caregivers who are seen at the Central Minnesota Child Advocacy Center.

Thanks to the gifts of donors, these survivors of abuse receive specialized forensic interviews, comprehensive medical examinations, immediate access to trauma-focused mental health care and client-centered family advocacy all in one place from a skilled and compassionate team.

This year’s theme is Holly Ball: Hope & Healing through music. While Holly Ball will be different the importance of supporting the beneficiaries of this crucial community event remains the same. Holly Bally typically attracts around 2,000 guests. However, a virtual Holly Ball will allow additional people in our community to participate and hear stories of hope and healing.
