A certified gastroenterology registered nurse provides case management (coordination, tracking and support of patients) throughout their treatment process. Services provided include:
- Infusion therapy (e.g. Remicade for inflammatory bowel disease)
- Care and monitoring of patients with Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C
- Esophageal motility including impedance manometry
- 24-hour ambulatory pH & impedance testing for suspected gastroesophageal reflux
- Performance of wireless small bowel video capsule endoscopy
Direct booking without consultation is available for most endoscopic procedures, esophageal motility, 24-hour ambulatory pH and impedance and capsule endoscopy.
