Carris Health Cardiology
Personalized Care You Can Count On
There are a number of reasons you may need to visit a cardiologist. Perhaps you’re experiencing heart pain, have a family history of heart disease, or have high cholesterol or high blood pressure. A cardiologist specializes in diagnosing and treating diseases of the cardiovascular system. They may carry out tests and possibly do some procedures, such as heart catheterizations, angioplasty or inserting a pacemaker.
Some of the cardiology services we provide include:
- Nuclear stress testing
- Stress echocardiogram
- Echocardiography
Pacemaker Clinic (Willmar & Redwood Falls)
A registered nurse or pacemaker technician periodically checks the function
of pacemakers, devices that help regulate a patient's heart rate.
Pediatric Cardiology (Willmar)
The medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the heart and blood vessels
in children.
Cardiac Electrophysiology (Willmar)
A cardiac electrophysiologist is trained to perform interventional cardiac
electrophysiology studies (EPS) as well as surgical device implantations.
