CentraCare and Carris Health care givers have been working around the clock for more than 20 months to care for you, your families and friends during COVID. We are committed to caring for every Minnesotan who needs us, and nothing will prevent us from doing so – even during these never-seen-before times.

The challenge of providing this level of care is that our hospital beds are often full. ERs in all of our hospitals are packed. And our clinical teams are exhausted. Early in the pandemic, our community stepped up in amazing ways to helps us. We ask that you again join us in fighting this pandemic together.

How can you help?

  • Please get your COVID vaccines and booster shots. They are proven safe and effective in reducing COVID illness, keeping people out of the hospital, and preventing death.

Support for a successful recovery process

Addiction to a controlled substance is a chronic disease, much like asthma, hypertension, diabetes, and many others. Getting treatment is your best chance at a successful recovery and returning to the life you deserve. It’s important for anyone who is experiencing addiction to seek help.

At Carris Health, our teams provide care and treatment options for those dealing with all types of controlled substance addiction.

  • Persons with addiction to drugs and/or alcohol
  • Individuals questioning possible addiction or dependence
  • Patients with chronic opioid use for pain or other high-risk prescription opioid use
  • Those with nicotine dependence for cigarettes or other tobacco products

Addiction Services

  • Comprehensive Evaluation and Assessment
  • Medication Assisted Therapies (MAT) – in-person and virtual visits
  • Outpatient Addiction Services
  • Transfer of addiction care back to Willmar or Redwood Falls for those who have been traveling for addiction medication prescriptions
  • Coordination with referral partners for inpatient care and youth correctional medicine services

Addiction services are available through self-referral or clinician referral. Patients are welcome to call directly to request an appointment.
