There are many interconnected aspects of life that contribute to our health and wellbeing. For example, if our financial health is not in order, we may choose to put off a costly medical appointment. If our emotional wellness is not in order, our body may react with physical symptoms. We cannot possibly have all of these aspects of life in balance all of the time but being able to look at ourselves through this type of lens is a helpful way to prioritize goals or what needs our attention.
