Pricing & Cost of Care Estimates

We want to help you be informed about out-of-pocket costs for care or services you will receive at Carris Health. To help you learn what your costs may be, we now offer a tool in MyChart you can use to create estimates for the cost of care.

Price Estimate Request Form

You also may use the Price Estimate Request form to learn how much a medical service or procedure will cost. Staff from Carris Health's Managed Care department will review your information and respond to you within two business days.

Estimates for Scheduled Services

Once your procedure has been scheduled, a financial counselor may contact you to provide an estimate of the charges; to help you understand what your responsibility will be; and to discuss payment of the estimated balance due.

Our policy is to request patients pay their estimated patient responsibility prior to the procedure. If you are unable to pay in full the estimated patient balance prior to the procedure, we do offer an extended no interest payment plan option.

If you have questions, please call our financial counselors at 320-231-5041, option 2.
